Job: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Slough
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will provide assistance to the Legal team by processing all claims and ensuring compliance of all regulatory requirements and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process proposals and entering customer personal details and quote figures
- Log and issue correspondence to all letters received
- Sending correspondence within the regulatory timescales and ensuring the database is updating accordingly and in a timely manner
- Ensure Management is made aware of potential issues
- Provide a regular summary to the team
- Meet regulatory and business timescales
- Supporting the Customer Service phone line
- Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to regulatory timeframes, deadlines and procedures
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Some experience of handling business phone calls
- Good knowledge of Regulation
