Job: Channel Manager
Location: Southall
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 plus commission and excellent benefits
Main Responsibilities:
Our well-established Southall based client are currently seeking an experience Channel Manager who will be accountable for all aspects of the business strategy implementation and interaction. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of yearly targets through existing business and seeking new opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Responsible for the development and retention of existing business & new business opportunities
- Share best practices across the Team to ensure that all opportunities are maximised
- Identify areas of growth for Channel and key accounts through regular reviews, gap analysis & insight
- Ensure all customer communication is completed and actioned in a timely manner
- Develop & execute live strategic Sector plans
- Manage own account portfolio to ensure that disputes and queries are promptly resolved
- Regular review of contracts
- Devise and implement promotional plans
- Develop channel and customer specific activity to support profitable growth
- Implement Price Increases
- Ensure customers are fully briefed on delists in a timely manner
- Forecast management
- Sector specific range and pricing
- Ensure customers are on the correct pricing levels
- Attend trade and industry events.
Experience:
- Experience of National Account Management
- Graduate with a business/numerate Degree
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence
- Analytical with excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable drive and enthusiasm
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Good working knowledge of MS office including Excel
- Exceptional planning and multitasking skills
