Job:                                       Customer Care Advisor

Location:                             Middlewich

Hourly Pay:                          £11.44 (raising to £12.21 on 01^st April 2025)

Length:                                Temporary to Permanent

You will be liaising with NHS patients in a busy and friendly working environment

You will be calling NHS patients to book appointments

You will ensure a smooth process from initial call to patients attending their appointments

Are you a driver (this is essential due to location)?

Working Hours:

Shift Work: (7.5 hours on Monday – Friday and 1 in 4 Saturday’s 08.00 – 12.00 or 09.00 – 13.00)

You will work between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00 (shifts will be allocated a week in advance)
