Job:                       Recoveries Executive

Location:             Slough

Salary:                   £35,000 – £40,000

Main Responsibilities:

Our prestigious Slough based client are currently seeking a Recoveries Executive to assist the team with collections from terminated accounts through customer negotiation.  You will be responsible for recovering assets and leveraging collateral into payments, whether through negotiation or via legal routes.

Key Skills: 

• Responsible for volume outbound and inbound calls
• Undertake all collections activities in accordance with required regulations
• Negotiate payments and arrangements on inbound and outbound telephone contacts
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to customers and providing options available
• Responsible for acquiring regular updates from third parties
• Prepare appropriate documentation

Experience:

• Previous Collections/Recoveries experience is essential for this role
