Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can respond to and process all claim requests through the provision and collation of timely and accurate information and the completion of all relevant transactions. You will ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and industry standards on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Log and issue correspondence to all Letters of Claim/Complaints received within regulatory timescales
  • Update the CMS, Spreadsheets and Complaints Database
  • Sending correspondence received within the regulatory timescales
  • Ensure Team Leader is aware of potential issues associated with work queues and workload backlog
  • Provide a regular summary that advises the current status of workload
  • Meet regulatory and business timescales
  • Work effectively with colleagues in support functions around the business to maximise output
  • Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to regulatory timeframes, deadlines, and procedures
  • Participate in department/business projects to generate innovative ideas
  • Continually develop own knowledge and skills to ensure achievement of personal, team and departmental objectives

Key Skills: 

  • Experience in an administrative or data entry role essential
  • Experience of handling business phone calls
  • Good knowledge of Regulation
  • PC literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
