Job:                        Customer Services Manager

Location:             Marlow (Hybrid)

Salary:                  £40,000 – £50,000

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager, who will be responsible for improving customer service procedures, policies and standards whilst leading, training and motivating the customer service team.  You will manage the teams telephone calls, orders and customer queries whilst providing recommendations for the customer service level provided. You will monitor and evaluate the team’s performance and KPI’s and be involved in recruitment and staff appraisals.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service management experience
  • Experience of leading and driving a team forward
  • SAP and CRM systems experience
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Microsoft Office and Project knowledge
